    If the part needed for the repair is common, we most likely can fix it the same day. If it is not a common in stock part, we will have to order it and schedule the repair when the part arrives.

    3 to 5 business days

    When we get part we text you immediately. Also, if any delays are expected, we inform you.

    Calls are answered from 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Text messages are welcomed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    All employees have more than 3 years’ experience. If we are unable to fix it, we will let you know honestly that your best option may be to purchase a new appliance. You can trust us to tell the truth about the condition of your repair and appliance based on age, wear, and tear.

    We will text you approximately 30 minutes before arrival. We also will let you know if we are running late because of traffic.

    - 5% DISCOUNT if you are a New Customer
    - 10% OFF If you have multiple appliance repairs or if the total amount is high.
    - 5% Loyalty DISCOUNT (if you choose us again in the future)
    NOTE: All the discounts mentioned above will be deducted from the labor fee.

    Please inform us at least 1 hour before the appointment time or we will charge $65 no show/cancellation fee.
